Established in 1987, Castle Studios has been providing photographic services to the families and businesses of Guildford for over 20 years. Established by him in 1987, the studio is still run by Malcolm Roberts BSc LBIPP LMPA.
Malcolm is ably assisted in the running of the studio by Tricia Smith. She manages and masterminds the office, and organises the reprints, albums and framed images that the studio produces.
Their approach is relaxed and informal, as is the style of the photography. Whether they are making Portraiture, Wedding Photography, I.D. Photography or Commercial work, they try to capture images with the minimum of fuss and as quickly and as easily as possible. By making the experience fun and quick they capture the essence of their subjects rather than contrived or stilted images of people uncomfortable in their situation.
